Orders and Contract Information
Your order is accepted and a contract is formed between Made In Hemp and you when we dispatch the goods you have ordered, and not before.
A contract is not formed at the point that payment has been taken, nor at the point that you receive an email from Made In Hemp acknowledging receipt of your order.
Until the goods are dispatched, the order may not be accepted by Made In Hemp or may be cancelled by you.
We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order if an item is unavailable, listed incorrectly, affected by an error, or unable to be supplied for any reason.
Payment Information
All prices and orders are listed and processed in Australian dollars (AUD).
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. These may include credit card, debit card, PayPal, EFT, Apple Pay, Google Pay or other secure payment options, depending on the payment methods available at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers. Made In Hemp does not store full credit card details on our website.
Hemp, CBD and THC Disclaimer
Made In Hemp sells legal hemp-based consumer products, including hemp clothing, hemp foods, hemp seed oil skincare, homewares and related lifestyle products.
Products sold through www.madeinhemp.com.au are not CBD products, THC products, medicinal cannabis products or therapeutic goods.
We do not sell CBD, THC or medicinal cannabis products through our online store.
Our hemp food and skincare products are made using lawful hemp ingredients, such as hemp seed, hemp seed oil and hemp-based materials. They do not contain CBD or THC.
Any educational information on our website about hemp, CBD, medicinal cannabis or cannabis law is provided for general information only. It does not mean that Made In Hemp sells CBD, THC or medicinal cannabis products online.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, regional delivery routes or circumstances outside our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, risk in the goods passes to you. If your parcel is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist with the carrier process.

We are not required to provide a refund for change of mind, incorrect size or colour choice, or if you later decide you no longer want the item. However, we may offer an exchange or store credit in line with our Returns Policy.
Promotional Codes and Offers

To redeem a promotional code, enter the code into the promotional code field at checkout and click apply. If the code is valid and the order qualifies, the discount will be deducted from the final price before payment.
Promotional codes must be entered at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retrospectively after an order has been placed.
