Shipping Options

At Made In Hemp, we’re proud to offer fast, reliable shipping Australia wide with Australia Post, plus international delivery options so our hemp products can reach you wherever you are.

Australian Shipping

We partner with Australia Post for all domestic deliveries.

  • Standard Shipping – $12 flat rate, free on orders over $150.
  • Express Shipping – $15 flat rate or $5 with orders over $150, for when you need your hemp essentials faster.
  • Bulk food cartons and 20L oils are excluded from Standard and Express Shipping rates and use separate bulk freight rates.
  • Delivery Times – 2–8 business days (standard) or 1–3 business days (express), depending on your location.

Rural and remote areas may take a little longer.

Bulk Food Shipping

Bulk food products, including 20kg cartons and 20L hemp seed oil, are not included in our Standard or Express Shipping rates. These items are shipped under a separate bulk shipping rate, calculated per carton at checkout.

If you are ordering larger volumes, multiple cartons, or would like a combined shipping quote before placing your order, please contact us directly. We’re happy to check the best available freight option for your location.

Customers are also welcome to arrange freight through their own courier account. This must be organised with us before checkout or dispatch so we can confirm carton details, collection address and pickup timing.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide! Orders are sent via Australia Post International services.

Delivery times vary by region. For full details, see our International Shipping page

Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 1 pm AEST are usually dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 1 pm or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.
  • Some products may ship from our secondary store location, which may add 2–3 days. We notify you if this delay is longer than usual.

A Note on Sustainability

We’re committed to shipping in the most responsible way possible.

  • Wherever we can, we use recyclable satchels, compostable mailers, or cardboard cartons.
  • We also proudly give existing packaging another life: your order may arrive in recirculated plastic satchels, bubble wrap, or other reused protective packaging.

Rather than introducing new “eco” products into circulation, we believe reusing what already exists is one of the most sustainable choices we can make.
