How Click & Collect Works

At checkout, select Click & Collect and choose Long Jetty or Islington.
We’ll let you know once your order has been packed and is ready to collect.
Come in during your selected store’s trading hours and let us know you’re collecting an online order.

Our Newcastle store brings together a rotating collection of Made In Hemp favourites, including hemp and bamboo clothing, skincare, accessories and everyday essentials.
Collection is available during the store’s normal trading hours once you’ve received your ready-to-collect confirmation.

When Will My Order Be Ready?
Usually the Same Day
Orders placed before 1pm on a store trading day are usually ready for collection the same day, provided the stock is already at your chosen location.
If you order later in the day or outside store trading hours, we’ll prepare it on the next available trading day.
If Stock Needs Transferring
If an item needs to move between Long Jetty and Islington, please allow an additional 2–3 days.
We’ll let you know if there’s likely to be any delay.
