Christmas gifting should feel joyful, not stressful. To help you plan ahead, we have put together a simple guide to the 2025 Australia Post Christmas delivery cut-off dates, with an additional two-day buffer for our own dispatch time from Long Jetty on the Central Coast of NSW.

How Our Christmas Dispatch Works

All Made In Hemp orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our Long Jetty store on the NSW Central Coast. We are a small, family-run team, so we have allowed a two-day processing buffer on top of Australia Post’s official Christmas sending dates. This means the dates below are the latest we recommend placing your order to give us time to carefully prepare your parcel and lodge it with Australia Post.

• Orders are packed on business days (Monday to Friday).
• We use Australia Post for both Parcel Post and Express Post services.
• Ordering earlier is always safer, especially for regional, remote or international locations.
• Express Post is strongly recommended for WA, NT, parts of QLD and last-minute gifts.

Australian Christmas Delivery Cut-Off Dates

The table below shows our recommended last order dates for delivery within Australia, based on sending from NSW with a two-day dispatch buffer included. If you place your order by the dates shown, we will aim to process and lodge your parcel with Australia Post in line with their 2025 Christmas delivery guidelines.

Parcel Post – Order By

These dates apply to parcels sent from NSW to metro locations. Regional and remote areas may require extra time, so ordering earlier is always recommended.

Express Post – Order By

Express Post is the best option for last-minute Christmas gifts, especially for interstate or regional deliveries. The dates below include our two-day processing buffer.

International Christmas Shipping Dates

If you are sending Made In Hemp gifts overseas, it is important to allow extra time. The table below is based on Australia Post’s 2025 international Christmas sending dates, minus two days for our dispatch buffer. Services may vary depending on destination and current conditions, so we always recommend ordering as early as possible.

International services are subject to change. For time-sensitive deliveries, Express or Courier (where available) is strongly recommended, and we always suggest ordering as early as possible.

Click & Collect – Long Jetty and Islington

Prefer to pick up your Christmas gifts in person, or need something at the very last minute? Click and collect is available from both of our Made In Hemp stores.
